coast this morning. This system will bring accumulating snow and
very cold temperatures to the foothills and piedmont today.
Increasing winds behind this system will result in low wind
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 AM
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Expect wind chills to
range from 10 above zero to 10 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Virginia and
northwest North Carolina.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite
in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
