PSA Policy

RaysWeather.Com will run Public Service Announcements free of charge under the following conditions:

1. The announcement must be about a community or completely charitable event. If a corporate sponsor is involved then the sponsor name cannot have a dominant presence in the announcement.
2. Events with a portion of the proceeds going to some charitable cause will be evaluated on an individual basis. But in general if any person or for-profit corporation significantly benefits directly or indirectly, it is unlikely that the announcement will qualify as a free PSA.
3. If the event is paying (or trading) for advertisement in any other media (TV, radio, newspapers, etc.), then we cannot run the announcement as a free PSA.
4. No church, religious, or political announcements will be accepted as free PSAs.
5. All PSAs must be absolutely “G Rated”; “mature” content is not acceptable even if it is for a legitimate cause.

Upon submission, all announcements will be reviewed before placement on RaysWeather.Com.
